Hella Hammid

Also Mrs. Hella Hammid, Hella, Subject S4, Hella Hammond (misspelling in one document)

A professional photographer who was a subject in SRI International's remote viewing research; SRI's 1976 paper calls her Subject S4, a 'learner' whose nine-experiment series replicated the first experiments with Pat Price. An Army team that met her at SRI in August 1979 recorded that she had been in the program for five or six years, having first taken part as a 'control subject' as a personal favor to Russell Targ. Edwin May wrote in 1995 that she left the program in 1982 and had since died.
