A laser physicist who joined Stanford Research Institute (SRI) in 1972 as a Senior Research Physicist to help set up its psychoenergetics research, working with Harold Puthoff as he had earlier on lasers. He left SRI International in 1982 and formed Delphi Associates, a consultancy in applied psi research. With Puthoff he wrote Mind-Reach (1977).
