An Army Military Intelligence captain at INSCOM headquarters who signed a GRILL FLAME volunteer security agreement on 8 February 1979. In 1980 he signed GRILL FLAME session reports and project summaries as Analyst and Control Analyst, and was the action officer for the FY 81/82 GRILL FLAME budget justification. By April 1986 he was a lieutenant colonel and Threat Instructor at the Army Command and General Staff College, described by the office as a previous member.
