A civilian GS-12 analyst in INSCOM's GRILL FLAME project at Fort Meade, who signed a March 1980 memorandum to LTC Murray B. Watt as Senior IGFP Analyst and 1980 summaries of source information as Analyst. Session logs list him by first name as the viewer in sessions run between November 1979 and January 1981. Jim Schnabel and Annie Jacobsen describe him as a photo interpreter from the National Photographic Interpretation Center and name him among the six viewers sent to SRI for evaluation.
