William G. Braud
Also William Braud, W. G. Braud, William W. Braud (SRI report covers), Dr. Braud
A researcher at the Mind Science Foundation (MSF) in San Antonio, Texas. An earlier directory lists him under psychology at the University of Houston. Under SRI International's program, MSF held a subcontract in FY 1986 to study the distant influence of one person on another's electrodermal activity, and in FY 1987 a one-year contract to study intended remote influence on the rate of hemolysis of red blood cells. Braud's report on the second study is attached to SRI's December 1987 final report. In April 1981 his name was among those given to the Army's LTC Watt and CPT Atwater as people to talk to about psi research.
