present was actually coming from a nearby building instead of the target.

Within the structure in question there is a sense of
coercion, restraint, and confinement, along with a feeling of
cells, prison, constraint, closure, "delving into", and
investigating.
There is a person here, who seems to be in a
position of authority, who is matter-of-fact, no-nonsense, get-
to-the-bottom-of things in his attitudes. He seems to wear a
uniform, though not military. He is fairly thin, high
cheekbones, a stoic face, and has a detached, clinical sort of an
attitude. He is responsible, professional, and dedicated in a
bureaucratic sense -- to a sense of duty, not necessarily a cause.
There are offices here, and people, as well as administrative
matters and planning.
This place just keeps on going, day in day.
out, business-as-usual .
It is efficient and there is always a
demand for services.
The purpose of activity here seems to be
finding things out from difficult or reluctant sources.
Information extraction. People seem to be somewhat a raw
material, and flow in at a steady rate. Don't get an indication
that any particular event stands out over any other here. There
was one slight impression of a female being brought in under
restraint, but this incidence doesn't seem to be of significance
or direct relevance.
Stronger emanations were determined from a structure located
to the upper left from the actual structure in question. This
structure seems to be of more importance, and even may be in some
sense "in charge" of the structure of primary interest. Strong
negative Als were associated with this structure, with a sense of
worry, dreading, anticipation, of effects or results that could
not be further controlled.
There is a person here who is one of
several other people who are involved in something that will have
effects they have not anticipated on people who were otherwise
"innocent bystanders," effects that result from something these
people created or for which they are responsible. Their non-
resident superiors, however, are not especially concerned -- they
view it as "the price of doing business." Whatever is involved
has been set in motion, hasn't happened yet for, at least the
results aren't in), but is unavoidable. There is the sense that
these responsible people were inside the building, did their work
inside it, but now are at least symbolically outside the
building. The negative effects seem to be primarily intangible,
originate inside the building, but the effects or impacts will be
felt outside somehow, as a side-effect sort of thing.
At this juncture a metaphorical image occurred of a large,
black, miasmic cloud streaming up from the desks and offices
inside the building, spreading out through the side of the
structure, and engulfing people outside of it.
The cloud seems
to be symbolic or allegorical to an extent.
What this cloud
represents was not further determined.
