(S/NF/SK) MISSION: To access and describe a target structure shown in overhead photo imagery. 2. (S/NF/SK) VIEWER TASKING: "Access and describe the target site at encrypted coordinates: 428013/839461." 3. (S/NF/SK) COMMENTS: a. Inclemencies: None. b. 011 immediately accessed the inside of the structure, rather than the outside. 011's standard "micro-habits" indicated good site contact, and the session was continued. Subsequent descriptors, however, appear to indicate that 011 may have been in contact with the wrong site, or with a portion of the site which, though possibly related in some way, was not physically located at the target building. I, as monitor, should have required more descriptors of known facts at the beginning of the session, to insure proper site contact. Due to time constraints related to this target, a proper search was not conducted. d. Summary of Information enclosed. 4. IT DOES NOT SEEM TO BE THE BUILDING ITSELF THAT MAKES THE IMPACT, BUT RATHER THE LARGE OBJECT INSIDE. THE BUILDING IS EXTREMELY LARGE, TALL, AND VERY SPACIOUS INSIDE, IT REMINDS ME OF A HUGE AIRCRAFT HANGAR. INSIDE OF THIS BUILDING IS A LARGE OBJECT WITH PLATFORMS AND SCAFFOLDING ALL AROUND IT. IT APPEARS TO BE UNDER CONSTRUCTION/ ASSEMBLY. THIS OBJECT SEEMS TO BE SOME SORT OF LARGE VEHICLE THAT IS ASSOCIATED WITH TRAVEL ON SEA AND THROUGH THE AIR; AOL- LIKE A "FLYING BOAT", (SEE AOL SKETCH, PAGE 6). THE KEY EVENT IS THIS GREY-COLORED VEHICLE FLYING VERY LOW AND VERY FAST OVER THE SURFACE OF THE WATER .
