William G. Ray

An Army military intelligence officer who was deputy to LTC Brian Buzby, project manager of INSCOM's CENTER LANE project, which was run by the Security Systems Planning Division (SSPD). As a captain he signed the record of the INSCOM commanding general's July 1984 visit and attended the February 1985 briefing of the Under Secretary of the Army. By December 1985 he was signing as a major and Chief, SSPD. Paul Smith's viewer table lists him under the number 101 from January 1984 to June 1987.
