Edward A. Dames

An Army military intelligence officer from INSCOM's SED. As a captain, he was named to MG Stubblebine in November 1983 as a prospective CENTER LANE member and agreed to take part in its training. Paul Smith's viewer table lists him as a trainer and monitor under the number 099 from 1986 to 1988, and 1987 session sheets name 'ED 099' as interviewer. A 1993 Army Times article reports that he retired from the Army in 1991 and had started a private company, Psi Tech, in 1989.
