Purpose of report
To present in a single report the state of the
use of paranormal techniques, especially by
the Soviets and the Chinese, and the possiblity
that these uses are a threat to COMSEC as we know
today.

The United States today has access to people today
who can through the use of paranormal means produce
useful intelligence. It would be foolish to believe
that the Soviets with their large ongoing research
projects or the Chinese with their history of belief
in the mystical are not able to or are not already
using paranormal techniques for the same purpose.
