Relationship between Qigong & Parapsychology
1. Chinese researchers are committed to the concept of " functional states."
Therefore they are interested in how a person passes from The "normal"
state to the "Qigong" state hosing it will shed light on how people
pass into the " parapsychological" state

Beijing the development of Qigong studies from 1979 to 1988
has been unprecedented in Qigong history. The quality
and quantity of the research papers were also unprecedented.
For example in 1979 on 13 Qigong Science Research Papers
were published . By 198 the number had vien to 831 with
4,591 papers over the 10 year period. In 1979 there were
only 6 papers dealing with the theoretical and experimental aspects of
Qigong. By 198 that member had viser to 233.
