SESSION 01, SOURCE 03: Even though this session was
considered as being "off line", certain indicators (old world
city .... radio microwave tower ... presence of antennas .... technical
aspects [NSA])
appeared to have crept in the signal line.
RE session 02, SOURCE 03:
Source was instructed to sketch a
hemisphere over a tall, previously perceived structure when
admittedly, SESSION 01 was a "bust." This appeared to influence
and even encourage Source 003 in pursuing a false trail.
Utility assessments should not be conducted against
suspected sites but against known sites. See
