SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The new ADP computer system on the Soviet submarine is
smaller and more compact than its previous counterparts.
It is
silver in color.
It is module. Modulization is involved here.

The "Ritter/Rider" system is the extreme of the overall
system.
When the system is in use, the productivity of the
overall system is enchanced.
The rate of speed also increases
which means more information can be collected.
There is also a
wider scope of information that can be collected.
The word
"cusps" phonetically surfaced here.
The mechanics of the "Ritter/Rider" system is composed of
radio active particles.
It is made up of crystals or crystalline
forms and beams.
The Soviets will use this system to collect signal waves,
strands, signals intelligence, and will locate where nuclear
reactors are, how many, and when nuclear reactors put on
warheads.
Artificial intelligence collection methods and
satellite communications are involved here.
Currently, the Soviets are targeting Chinese launch pads and
countries to the south of China.
The system will be targeting
the U. S. close to the Christmas time frame.
It was a political decision to utilize this system.
This
decision was made during the time the Soviets decided to pull out

when in use, system efficiency is highly enhoused

of Afghanistan.
It was also a political decision to give it a
Navy platform so that the Navy can come up to par with the other
military branches.
Although this system can be physically
shelved (placed) almost anywhere, it was decided not to put it on
airplane platforms because of the fast vibrations of the plane
that can disrupt the collection processes.
Eastern Communist countries were tasked by the Soviets to
design a part of the system.
However, the East Germans figured
out the system and will eventually apply it on the open market.
The names "Meuther" and "Goalie/Gollie" phonetically
surfaced as names of individuals who will come into play later
who can provide information on the system.
The name "Domner /Donner" phonetically surfaced as a company
that may be the U.S. counterpart who may know or have this
system.
