079 returned to duty after two days of
illness.
Following the refinement of summary obtained in Session
01, Project 8907, 079's attempts to provide data regarding
Project 8908 were too demanding.
079 also had an AOL of the
meaning of "event" and could not describe the key activity of
interest. A break was called at this time.

SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The target structure is a "big, tall, elongated" building
with windows, ..... some sort of plant. "
The structure is located
near water and is involved in a secret developmental activity.
The developmental
activity deals with a rather small, fast,
Soviet-designed submarine.
Key advancements are attributable to
advanced computer technology in the form of advanced micro-
chips.
The key developmental activity deals with "plans" to
accomplish this.
But, actual construction has not yet started.
The names of
"Pitar/Rotary/Ritter" and "Muetter/Meutter"
surfaced phonetically as being associated with this project.
The name "Stuart/Stewart" also surfaced phonetically to
denote the name of
person knowledgeable of this activity.
