SUMMARY -

LTC Higgins will be released from captivity as a hostage in the

associated with the target site.
Three captors are
normally assigned to guard LTC Higgins. He will be released upon
receipt of instructions from an
Iranian-based terrorist group as
opposed to instructions received from the head of the "local"
group who took him captive. The captors/guards appear desirous
that a determination be made in his (LTC Higgins) case.
Some
time following his release from captivity, LTC Higgins will
lecture on the details of his captivity; eventually, he will be
used/employed as an instructor at the university level.
