SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The release of USMC LTC William (Rich)
Higgins is imminent, a
question of days.
An opportunity to intercept a vehicle (truck)
may very well materialize and allow for the release of Higgins.
In any case, he will be released soon (early July) .
"Difficult
negotiations" are ongoing for the release of the other hostages
(located in the military barracks surrounded by Syrian forces)
and their release is near, a matter of days.
The "crazy Shiites"

the ones making the negotiations difficult.
