The target is a vessel that has been largely suspected
in the past of carrying contraband in the form of illegal drugs.
This vessel has a known route of travel. The vessel is
consistent of how it is smuggling drugs. The vessel is currently
on waters sailing . It is surrounded by two larger vessels. It
seems there may be an off-loading of the contraband into one of
these larger vessels in the near future (several days) and then
this vessel will go into port. This vessel may be working with
call signs as to given them indications of where to sail.
--
The contraband is hidden in big square boxes that
contain art pictures. The contraband may be inside the pictures.
The pictures contain the color blue and look like animal
pictures.
--
A brown haired man who is American has been involved
heavily with this vessel and its activities.
-- It has been very difficult to catch this vessel and
its illegal activities.
-- The name "Gabrielle/Gabriella" surfaced as to the name
of a second vessel that my be involved in illegal activities.
-- The contraband is cocaine.
