maintains his contacts by cellular phone and is known to wear red
sports shirts or loose fitting tank topes to suit the weather.
has traveled and is part of a network of people who
are involved in an array of illegal dealings for money. Tracing
this man would be the best means of catching him in the act.

looked like a warehouse. He drives a nice car. He can be
located in a city. Target personality looks like a conservative
and it looks like he is conservative and it looks like he has a
legal business however, he is involved with illegal shipping. He
has others do the dirty work because he looked clean.
