BACKGROUND:
Project involves a contraband narcotics
smuggling operation.
Narcotics will be transferred in the near
future from Vessel B to Vessel A somewhere within the area
outlined on Map 1.
4.
ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF INOFRMATION:
A.
Determine whether vessel
already described is Vessel A
or B.
Describe in as much detail
as possible whichever vessel
you have not yet described.
B.
Within the borders of the given area on Map. 1, determine
location where transfer of narcotics from B to A will occur, and
if possible date and time of transfer as well .
C.
Within the the borders of the given area on Map 2,
determine where Vessel A will offload its cargo of narcotics.
D.
HF radio is expectd to be used during the operation.
Determine to the best of your ability frequencies, callsigns, and
languages to be used.
