Request detailed description of suspect vessels "BRAVO"
and "ALPHA." (Both vessels partially described in available ops
data.)
Include color, name,
type of ship, and determine the
presence/absence of a "helo pad" aboard ship.
2.
Determine location where Vessel Bravo will off-load the
illegal drugs to Vessel Alpha.
Estimate date and time of
transfer.
Describe any other vessel involved in this first
projected off-loading location. /activity.
3.
Describe if Vessel Alpha will off-load at Position "A",
ie, Kodiac Islands, Alaska; or Position "B", 47N / 175 W.
neither, determine the location where Alpha off-load the drugs.
Describe any other vessel, if any, that Alpha will off-load to.
Provide details and destination (s) where the drugs will
eventually be delivered.
