On 27 June 1990, two remote viewing sessions were
conducted to determine the current location of a target vessel
identified as the
Efforts were made to determine
the presence of illegal drugs aboard ship and to determine the
ultimate destination of the illegal drugs.

Remote Viewer 025 perceived the target vessel as
being located at geographical coordinates, 24ºN/72°W; illegal
drugs were aboard ship; they were stored in an area of boxes and
chewing gum.
3.
(S/STD/NF)
Viewer 052 perceived the target vessel as being
located off the southern coast of Puerto Rico, "near Ponce, " at
geographical coordinates, 17º45'N/66° 40'W. The illegal drugs
appeared to be cocaine stored near (a cargo?) of peanuts and.
peanut butter.

This target was assumedly the subject of a SUN
STREAK collection effort in Key West, Florida.

OR COMPARTMENTS ON EACH SIDE OF THE VESSEL ... CONTRABAND WAS THERE
RECENTLY IN SEALED BOXES WITHIN THESE COMPARTMENTS." "IMPRESSION
THAT THESE ARE NOW FILLED WITH DARK, OILY, PUTRID, PETROL-SMELLING
LIQUID." (OPS DATA: CONTRABAND IN BILGE TANKS.). OOF REPORTED THAT
CONTRABAND IS NO LONGER ON BOARD. VESSEL MAY NOW BE CONTINUING
ON IN A "FAKE OUT RUN" OR "PLOY" NOW THAT IT HAS UNLOADED THE
CONTRABAND. F EXPERIENCED DIFFICULTY WITH THE SEARCH PORTION AND
