RECENTLY IN SEALED BOXES WITHIN THESE COMPARTMENTS." "IMPRESSION
THAT THESE ARE NOW FILLED WITH DARK, OILY, PUTRID, PETROL-SMELLING
LIQUID." (OPS DATA: CONTRABAND IN BILGE TANKS.). OOF REPORTED THAT
CONTRABAND IS NO LONGER ON BOARD. VESSEL MAY NOW BE CONTINUING

is sailing toward Puerto Rico. It is a US vessel.

it is not currently carrying any. The contraband was located in sealed, lidded boxes within
large storage compartments. These compartments are now filled with a dark, oily, putrid
liquid with a petrol smell. Believe the
