Summary of Information
Site involves a large, closely spaced but extensively spread
out group of buildings. Central to
the grouping is one or more
larger, innerly voluminous structures with a curving, domed
component to the roof (s) .
Significant height, spaciousness,
geometric patterns, embrasures, thick walls, masonry construction
are all elements of the structure (s) .
There is a sense
that one
main, large structure is the focus of the site, and that a
religious/philosophical aspect is present.
It
seems not to be
specifically an operational/intelligence type site.
There is a
group of people talking, planning, meeting, discussing; at issue
is future guidance/planning for something under their control.
Deards and headdresses are common among the group (A/S Middle
Fast locale) .
There is a sense of relief and optimism -- a "new
leaf" sort of a feeling.
The structure is intended primarily for
gathering people together, perhaps in some sort of religious
commonality.
A/S "like" some sort of
transition from one power
base to another or one regime to another or one "commander" to
another.

Summary of Information
Site involves structures, water, land and groups of people.
There is presently an electrifying sense of excitement about the
place.
The structures are huddled together, of different
heights; many are squarish, but at least a few are high, with
rounded/domed tops, spacious and open inside.
Some of the
structures are for congregating, some for living in;
some serve
function.
There is a
more of a public or governmental/official
sense of self-contained community;
it doesn't feel political or
technical in any particular fashion.
The people are non-US, move
around individually or in groups;
there is a sense that at
least
some of them wear long, flowing clothing or robes, and some have
beards.
There is a sense of third world culture and religious
The people have a sense of seriousness or solemnity,
brought about by some current occasion.
Black and very white
white are significant at the site.
Surrounding terrain is open,
rolling, billy, with an arid, almost desert climate.
There are
scrubby bushes, and the ground has a dry, rocky, crumbly surface.
There are specific boundaries to this site, that is, where it
"ends"/"starts" and where "other" begins/ends.

THE TARGET APPEARS TO BE A STRUCTURE OR GROUP OF STRUCTURES
THAT FORM A COMPLEX. SOMETHING LIQUID IS IMPORTANT TO, AND CON-
TAINED WITHIN THE STRUCTURE/S. THE AVAILABILITY OF ABUNDANT WATER
IS VERY IMPORTANT TO THE FUNCTION OF THIS COMPLEX . WITHIN THIS
COMPLEX, LIQUID IS FLOWING, SWIRLING, AND COOLING, IN SOME CASES
IT IS UNDER PRESSURE IN PIPES AND TANKS. IN OTHER CASES THE
LIQUID IS AT REST IN CONTAINMENT PONDS AND WELL-LIKE CISTERNS.
THERE IS A PERSON INSIDE ONE OF THE STRUCTURES. HE IS
WEARING A TAN LAB-COAT, A HARD HAT, AND IS WRITING FIGURES
ON A CLIPBOARD. HE APPEARS TO BE COPYING READINGS FROM GUAGES.
THE LIQUID CIRCULATING THROUGHOUT THIS FACILITY SEEMS TO

The main gestalt of the site is structure.
Other gestalts
include water, land and motion.
The structural elements of the
site evoke such descriptors as black, tall, narrow, curved,
slick, big, smooth and slick.
The land is green, brown and open.
At this point I experienced a strong AOL of Dushanbe this AOL was
caused by the true concepts of tall, curving, many, modern, black
airy and curved and the AOL/S of mountain.

SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The site is a series of structures in a foreign country.
The site is a small military compound of less than 2000 people.
Uniforms are very dark in color.
There is a large several story
building with some offices in it.
In front of this building are
a cluster of mobile military weapon structures.
These are black
and have an unusual dimensionality to them -- lots of non-90 degree
angles.
These weapon "structures" are identical and are the only
type of weapon besides small
arms in this compound.
These mobile
weapon "structures" are past the R&D and experimental stages but
are not deployed "out front" to use a US analogy it is as if
these weapons are in a small base in Kansas but not in Germany or
(p.8)
Korea. A sketch of the area is shown.
The area where the
compound is, is leveled off
flat and brown.
Nearby the
landscape is steep.
Somewhere in the area is a flat, paved off
area
like a tarmac/ (S-7) "tamarack. "
The air is cold.

Site is a series of structures like (A/S) a compound.
One

structure is

This large
structure is the pivot point for activity at the site.
Next to
this large, broad structure is a smaller structure of concrete
block construction.
The land where the structures are had to be
levelled befor
they were
built.

this complex is very structured.
It is
planned step by step, very orderly -- one thing after another.
Workers here are government civilians.
This place has an
overwhelming
sense of order and practicality around it.
Sense of
rigidly followed
line and block diagrams and flow charts.

The building has a
sense of 'ordi !: " iness' about it. Lots of practical items done.

SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The inside of the small building is long when compared to
width.
Every 10-15 feet are
metal beams running widthwise across
the ceiling.
There are metal things (A/S:
hooks or clamps)
hanging from the beams.
The floor is shiny, polishy cement.
building is 40-80 feet wide and the ceiling is 20-30 feet high.
The
Teams of 6-8 men are working on the vehicles (mobile weapon
systems) .
They are wearing old, worn out clothing.
The turn
around time for each team on a vehicle is 2 weeks.
The vehicles
are brought in 10-20 at a time on something flat A/S 'like' a
flatbed railroad car or truck.
The workers here are efficient
and surprisingly serious and committed about their work.
This is
not a slack operation -- things are done with precision and pride.
