SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The air crash of the Pakistani military aircraft
carrying
President Zia Ul-Haq, US Ambassador Arnold Raphel, and BG Herbert
Wassom on 17 August 1988, was not the result of foul play, an air
attack or a bomb placed aboard ship.
The explosion was cause by
escaping fuel and vapor that exploded upon incineration.
Joseph Cicippio and Alann Steen have been transported to an.
area located immediately north of Israel
at
location identified
as "Marunm ar Ras. "

If they are not found
soon ,
the "crazy" Shiites will
dump them into Isareli
territory.
Both Cicippio and Steen are in a frightful, physical
state,
almost in a vegetable state of being.
The abductors do not want
the deaths or physical
condition of Cicippio and Steen attributed
to them; consequently they feel the best thing is to dump them
anonymously into Israeli territory.
Members of the Isareli
Defense Force have ready access
to this area and can retrieve
Cicippio and Steen at no danger to themselves.
USMC LTC Higgins remains located in the immediate vicinity of
"Khadah" (ENCLOSURE 2) ;
this will be confirmed within the next
two days when Higgins is released from captivity as a result of
United Nations
(UN)
intervention
(diplomatic endeavors) .
[The
names of the Lebanese nationals suspected of providing the
Hezbollah group with a tip-off that precipitated the abduction of
LTC Higgins are needed if
further information related to this
problem is desired].

Terry Waite, Thomas Sutherland, and Terry Anderson are in the
Beqaa Valley.
Waite is located at Location 1 of ENCLOSURE 3;
Anderson and Sutherland, who are aware of one another's presence
are at Location 2 of ENCLOSURE 3; no one is currently being held
at the so-called "Arab Ruins", Location 3 of ENCLOSURE 3.
Frank Reed and Edward Tracy are currently located about 5 miles
north of the "Military Barracks".
Robert Polhill
is making a little progress although he is
thoroughly confused
as a result of the mental block he has
encouraged
to seclude himself from the reality of his captivity.
He now sits up and is able to eat.
He is currently located in
the "lower basement"
of a brown "stinky adobe type house", a
known/ suspected safe haven (safehouse) located in area of "Ar
Rawshah"
and specifically in the immediate vicinity of "Funduq
Karltun". SEE ENCLOSURE

There is a
"Gas/Ethene/Butane" research laboratory located in the immediate
vicinity.
The laboratory has no significant, distinguishing
features, but the building is known as described, a research lab.
Building 156, ENCLOSURE 4, is the Yugoslavian Embassy; they
are not truthful and do not wish to assist in this endeavor; the
information they provide is not credible.
