TASKING:
Prior to the session, a small opaque
envelope was prepared by hand
lettering
the
number
"8702", (the
mission
reference
number ) ,
across
the
front
of
the envelope.
Additionally, a penciled "due date" of
24 March
1987 was included
on the
envelope.
Sealed inside the envelope was a small sheet of
notebook
paper
om
which
was
written
the
following
tasking:
"Project FY8702.
Interviewer /Monitor
Tasking

Describe the
structure known as Building "C" 451200/633160.
NOTE:
"Building C"
is in
a complex of other lettered (A, B, etc) buildings.
"C" is the most unusual at the complex."

of
the
original . tasking
received
by
the
undersigned, (the
sessions
conducted
Task Monitor), in preparation for this and other

pertaining
to
the

target,
however, none
of this background information was provided with the
sealed envelope.

BEGIN SUMMARY:
" ( The)
climate (at
the target
site) is
cool but not unpleasant.
It is
damp and there are small pools or ponds of standing
water.
( There
is a) large building, open (areas) around it ... (accompanying sketch
depicted
essentially
a
rectangular
structure) ,
and
probably
(an)other tall
building behind
it.
There is a circular patter on
the (the) ground ... (accompanying sketch depicted a circular pattern
similar to a traffic
circle) ,
(located)
in part of an open area.
(The) building is new.
There is
lot of
activity on
the ground
floor (by
both) civilians and people in uniforms, brown I believe.

that
He
seems
to
have
hit
upon
the
concept of
a
building
construction
site
and
the
idea
continued planning going on
around this site.
Since no Interviewer was
present to interrogate
the Source
on some
of the items provided in His summary it cannot
be determined
what was
meant by
some of
His references.
As an
example, "brown
uniforms"
may
be a reference to military dress or

not be determined if Source were actually "bouncing" around several
buildings at the site since He mentioned in one moment
the idea of

the next
the idea of standing in a lobby
and moving to office areas by way of an elevator.
