SEE PAGE 2 OF THIS SESSION FOR A DESCRIPTION AND SKETCH OF A LARGE HORSESHOE-SHAPED STRUCTURE. ON PAGE 3 IS A SKETCH OF ANOTHER STRUCTURE , OR POSSIBLY A PORTION / COMPONENT OF THE LARGE HORSESHOE-SHAPED STRUCTURE. THERE APPEAR TO BE THREE TYPES OF PEOPLE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SITE COMPLEX . THERE ARE CIVILIAN LABORER TYPES , WHO FEEL AS IF THEY ARE MORE LIKE PRISONERS. THERE ARE ALSO CIVILIANS HERE WHO APPEAR TO BE MORE LIKE SCIENTIFIC/TECHNICAL PERSONNEL. THEIR ACTIONS ARE CLOSELY MONITORED AND THEIR FREEDOM SEEMS TO BE QUITE RESTRICTED. THERE ARE ALSO UNIFORMED AND ARMED PERSONNEL AT THIS COMPLEX . THEY APPEAR TO PROVIDE SECURITY. ALTHOUGH THE ENTIRE COMPLEX APPEARS TO BE SECURED BY MULTIPLE FENCES, THERE ARE ALSO SEPARATELY SECURED AREA WITHIN THE COMPLEX. SEE PAGE 4 OF THE REPORT FOR AN OVERHEAD VIEW OF THE COMPLEX . BACKGROUND: There are new structures under new or recent construction at the Target Site at 589281/856562. These new structures are of high interest to a US intelligence community customer. 4. ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF INFORMATION (EEI) : Access the Target Site at 589281/856562 and identify/describe the new structures of high intelligence interest. Address and respond to the following EEI: a. Provide an overview of the Target Site and identify the structure (s) of specific intelligence interest. b. Describe the purpose and actual or intended use of the new/recent construction activities at the target Site. C. Provide conceptual drawings in support of your findings. NOTE: IF THE NUMBER OF STRUCTURES AT THE TARGET SITE BECOME TOO VOLUMINOUS AND THE CAUSE OF VIEWER CONFUSION, LIMIT THE INITIAL COLLECTION EFFORT TO THE STRUCTURE OF HIGHEST INTELLIGENCE INTEREST.
