(S/NF /SK) MISSION: See original targeting data and EEI, attached. 2. (S/NF /SK) VIEWER TASKING: Just prior to the session, 011 was informed that an operation was at hand, and that more information would be forthcoming. Stage 1 was front-loaded with the cue key structure. Only upon completion of Stage 3 was 011 informed that this site had been worked once previously as a solo task. A Stage 6 time line was utilized to explore activity levels for the period Jan 88 - Dec 91. Another Stage 6 tool was employed to investigate information of any type passing to or from the structure during the time of peak activity. 3. (S/NF/SK) COMMENTS: There was a continuing danger of AOL drive with regard to the AOL of "ABM site"; the monitor handled cuing as gingerly as possible to avoid connecting subsequent ideas with this suspect AOL. (Future sessions and regression analysis will determine whether or not "ABM site" is indeed AOL, or actual target-related data) . BACKGROUND: There are new structures under new or recent construction at the Target Site at 589281/856562. These new structures are of high interest to a US intelligence community customer. 4. ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF INFORMATION (EEI) : Access the Target Site at 589281/856562 and identify/describe the new structures c high intelligence interest. Address and respond to the following EEI: a. Provide an overview of the Target Site and identify the structure (s) of specific intelligence interest. Describe the purpose and actual or intended use of the new/recent construction activities at the target Site. Provide conceptual drawings in support of your findings. (NOTE: IF THE NUMBER OF STRUCTURES AT THE TARGET SITE BECOME TOO VOLUMINOUS AND THE CAUSE OF VIEWER CONFUSION, LIMIT THE INITIAL COLLECTION EFFORT TO THE STRUCTURE OF HIGHEST INTELLIGENCE INTEREST. IT APPEARS TO BE A LARGE, TALL STRUCTURE THAT IS CURVED ON ONE SIDE AND IS STEPPED AND ANGULAR ON THE OTHER SIDE . THERE IS SOMETHING RELATED TO THIS STRUCTURE THAT IS ROUND AND CIRCULAR . THERE SEEMS TO BE A PEAK IN ACTIVITY , AT OR NEAR THIS SITE , TAKING PLACE SOMETIME IN THE SUMMER OF 1989. THE CONSTRUCTION ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SITE SEEMS AWESOME (AOL- like Aswan Dam). I PERCEIVE THAT THIS STRUCTURE IS HERE TO RECEIVE SOME - THING ( AOL - like ENERGY OR SIGNALS ) . ASSOCIATED WITH THIS STRUCTURE IS SOME SORT OF SPACE OBJECT THAT IS LONG , CYLINDRICAL , AND COME-SHAPED AT ONE END. THE STRUCTURE RECEIVES SOMETHING FROM THIS OBJECT .
