1.
Panel meeting at INSCOM 15 May 1984, Room 130.
Arrangements have been
confirmed with Ron Mlinarchik, Executive Director, Army Science Board (79703)
and Al Creasy (DCSPER) (51457/54615). (SECRET level) .
2. Background - Last year, a small ASB group including Dr. Weddle, GEN
Blanchard and others were briefed by INSCOM on activities of the Monroe
Institute and other para-psychological subjects. On 7 March, by telephone
with Dr. Weddle, I ascertained that he wants to follow up on plans and
progress made in these areas. He also said that LTG Elton had asked him to
review these subjects and identify applications to Army operations and
training.

LTC Alexander has been alerted to prepare an agenda and topics for
discussion. It is recommended that the agenda be reviewed with Dr. Peter
Weddle before the meeting.
