     target area and directed that the coordinates represented a very large
     area which was almost completely covered.  They were also directed that
     there was a need to know what was directly under the covered area as well
     as a need to know a description of the covering itself.  There was no
     specific time or date reference given other than real time/day date.  No
     other information was provided to either the viewer or the facilitator.
