Gentlemen :
Reference is made to the subject contract entered into
by and between the parties effective 26 September 1977 and
further to Contractor's letter of 29 June 1978.
It is hereby mutually agreed and accepted to extend
the PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE and the DELIVERY DATE of DELIVERABLE
ITEMS 2, 3, and 4 to 31 October 1978.
The above shall be accomplished at no additional cost
to the Government.
All other terms and conditions of the subject contract
remain unchanged.
Please indicate your acceptance of the foregoing by
signing this amendment and the two enclosed copies, retaining
