12. DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT/MODIFICATION
The purpose of this modification is to transfer the Principal Contracting Office from
Defense Supply Service-Washington to Defense Intelligence Agency, Virginia Contracting
Activity. As a result of this the contract is modified as follows:
a. SECTION A, BLOCK 5. ISSUED BY - delete Defense Supply Service-Washington and sub-
stitute the following in lieu thereof;

b. This modification does not affect administration, payment, or audit responsibilities
for this contract.
