the INSCOR Staff Psychologist who is my principal advisor on

How
long will each phase last? What percentage of contract funding
will be assigned to cach phase?
(U) Another question is the apparent lack of relationship
of the screening approach described in the memo of June 1982 and
your new approach as stated in the memo of May 1983?
(U) To allow sufficient time for a review of your proposal
and to meet administrative requirements for funding in PY 83, an
expeditious response is requested .
