It is carrying some cocaine and will travel into the Gulf of Mexico. The final destination of the vessel is 30 N - 88 W, near Mobile, Alabama. Call signs include: HTG, H8ES, HG3, and 113G. 00B: 231013L Jul 90 SG1A The is presently located in a harbour which contains other vessels and port facilities, at approximate location 2515N/7830W. There are drugs aboard, made to look like a personal "stash", but in extremely pure form. They are presently waiting for an unknown (to them) buyer to contact them. The on-board operation is performed on a 2- man basis, with one person ready at all times to "flush" the drugs, in case of a bad deal, or interdiction. The individual-dose-sized packets are wrapped in water-soluble "paper" which will allow the rapid distruction of the evidence, in case the drugs must be "flushed". SG1A OOD: 231130L July 90 The vessel is currently located at 10 55'N 75 40'W. It is not carrying drugs at this time, but is has carried drugs in the past. Its destination is a port along the nothern coast of Colombia, near 11 20'N 73 45'W.
