Thus far, Viewer 018 describes
the
essence of the target
document of intelligence interest
as
being directly related to
chemical
and biological warfare.
Believe the issue of BIO/CHEM
warfare is an analytical and erroneous conclusion.
There is a great deal of correlation between Viewer 011 and
Viewer 079 who describe the essence of the document as dealing
with light and energy, a "cube" or a "crystal" designed to trap
and store energy.
Viewer 003 provides somewhat spectacular descriptions of the
target site and even the target personality involved.
However ,
except for the concept of "war-gaming" and associated activities,
the essence of the document does not seem to be sufficiently or
specifically addressed.

describe and concentrate on the substantive essence of the
document.

SESSION: 14 SEPTEMBER 1987, 1017- 1058 HRS
The target was a document located somewhere inside a building.
Had some difficulty acquiring the building, but seemed to pick up the
signal when asked to describe the person in possesion of the document .
This person wears thick glasses, dresses somewhat conservatively, preferring
the color brown and shades thereof . He looks and acts like the typical
"absent-minded professor" Mentally , this person is not very organized .
His thoughts and interests are bouncing around in his head like a room
full of bouncing ping-pong balls . I can imagine this person being so
engrossed in his thoughts that he often blindly walks into walls .
I suspected that this target was a Utility Assessment at some point
into the second session.
