The frustration expressed affecting both the Viewer and
the Monitor seem to result from an individual or combined ability
to arrive at the identity and nature of the target via deduction
and/or comparative analysis.
b.
Viewer's role to report/present perceptions/impressions
must be emphasized.
There is no need for viewer guesstimates.
C.
Monitor's frustrations at the lack of identifiable
results are understandable.
Such frustrations should not be
shared with the viewer, either directly or indirectly (of that's
possible) .

Recommendations:
a.
Give Source 003 a rest on subject project.
b.
When Source 003 is retargeted on this project at a later
date, make no reference to what has transpired thus far in the
four sessions.
He does not need the negatives of this
experience.
To encourage the element of "pure viewing"
003 should
simply be tasked to provide answers to the intelligence question
at
coordinates _. Example of new tasker is attached for your
review and comments.
( we need to discuss).
d.
Should implementation of 3c fail, other alternatives will
be considered, particularly in view of how other sources will be
tasked to work the same project.

intelligence information against a specific target and to
determine Source's propensity against a specific type of target.
