Algeria is currently a violator of human
rights.
The name "Stuttle/Stottle/Stewtle" phonetically surfaced
as an individual who may have information concerning this issue.

Kuwait - Industrialists are looking for more modern means of
transportation.
Industrialists feel that the ruling family is
behind times and are living in the past.
Industrialists could
understand Soviet ways.
There are military changes in Kuwait.
Some of the military may be corrupt.
The military is bringing in

Haiti - Papa Doc will survive.
Although it is known that
Papa Doc is not currently living in Haiti, it was reported that
he will survive. It is not known at this time if survive means

"politically" or if it means thathis health is not good.
Guatamela and Venezula - The U.S. should look upon these two
countries for future oil reserves.
