COORD: 681001 / 187811 TARGET : EVENT/ EXPLOSION 27 APRIL 1988 1705-1503 I can only describe the event as something man-made. perhaps a device or object in a vertical, down ward motion, which results in an airy , billowy . upward motion ( see sketch/ ideogram , page 2 of session ). There is an impression of green energy, not the color green per se , but a green energy such as atomic radiation, нчапит, тиског. key The object device is perfectly spherical surrounded by a metallic skin. Inside of this sphere is a very dense, heavy core which is surrounded by its own metallic skin. This core is under a tremendous, constant, equal pressure. If this pressure is increased or becomes unbalanced, the matter in the core can become very unstable ( see page 3 of session ). The object comes from above , very high above , in somewhat of an are (AOL- like coming from a B-29) - AOL - like an atomic bomb being dropped on Japan. -- ..
