EQUALITY_ There is a feeling of equality amongst these people. Everyone
in this community has various tasks and responsibilities, but not one
person or task is held in higher esteem or importance. All are equal. This
idea or concept goes beyond just people and tasks. It's as if they
believe that everything is just as important as anything else . For
example, an ant deserves as much consideration as an elephant,
because each one serves the important function of keeping the
natural order of things in balance .
CHILDREN_ These people feel that children are their most important
asset. Children do not belong to the family unit , as much as they
do to the community . It would be just as correct to address any
adult male as father " as it would ones paternal father , and vice-versa .
BELIEFS.
The people here are very religious and spiritual. However ,
their concept of God is very much different than ours. They perceive
God as the great mystery , a force that governs all things in the
force
universe. They believe that this has awareness , a conciousness ,
something that could be described as the "life force . They seem to
be very close to nature and believe that this concious force can be
found , even in rocks etc .
