Target area includes buildings, hills,
dunes.

Site uses general camouflage techniques.

Something is hidden/stored in the dunes
that is intended for release.

Guns may be present, and may have recently
fired.

Area may have a loading/staging role
(equipment may involve planes, trucks) .
- Area may also have a role in people
retention or capturing, possibly torture, and
in money transfer.

Overall activity at area associated with
planning actions for structuring/restructuring,
and for movement of troops to boundary areas.
Future armament limitations may also be part of
planning considerations.
(c) A leader may be present at site for planning
