Summary of Information
Site involves a tall, wide, massive structure that seems to
taper inward.
It is off-white or beige in color, is smoothed
concrete, with some sort of cornice, fluting or border around the
edges.
It is very monolithic, solid, massive, dense, and thick.
There is what appears to be a green, red and black flag
associated with it.
The people connected with it can be found
both inside and outside of it.
There is something "uniform"
about them -- not that they're all the same, but they are here
together because of many things they have in common.
The things
in common are what's significant about their involvement -- it's
what the things they're doing revolve around.
They have a
certain esprit de corps -- almost like they're all "family. "
They
interact and cooperate well, toward a common objective.
The goal
seems to be civic-directed -- in a sense a service for a larger
polity or social
group.
There is a sense of professionalism, of

belonging to a brotherhood with a set of
specific
responsibilities and code of ethics that is beyond what the
individual requires normally -- it's like an elite organization of
some kind -- separated apart, yet with ties that extend outward to
those who do not directly belong -- perhaps clients of some sort.
