Summary of Information
There are people at the site, jumping back from something
around which they had been gathered, as if startled or surprised.
There is an "obnoxious" smell-a chemical
smell-as well
as a
bright, searing light, and a large degree of disarray and
disorder .
A large, white cylindrical object with rounded ends
(reminiscent of a propane tank) is connected with what is going

A sense
of
suddenness and trauma -- both
emotional and material -- is present.
A hissing, coughing sound,
along with the sense
