SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
During this session, viewer described a helicopter flying
over water with a string coming down from the helicopter and may

be pulling men out of the water.

Viewer also described several men on a smaller boat rowing.
These men were non-American and were dressed in civilian clothes.
These men were searching and could be pulling things out of the
water also.
There is an object that comes down, opens up, comes down,
opens up, comes down, reopens up and the word "yawing"
phonetically surfaced as describing this activity.
Some type of activity or event will take place during the
early morning hours ( NEAR TERM -- fewdays > fewweeks)
As far as the activity is concerned, emergency procedures
will be followed.
There will be activity around business transactions and
someone is trying to place someone in a predicament just to make
them look bad.
Somehow the activities and operations involved here are
(POLICY MAKING)
concernant
a political situation. If caught, there will be high
visibility.
The words "Mustang" and "Sting Ray" phonetically surfaced as
being applicable to the operations.

SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
EXTENSIVE THOUGHT AND PLANNING IS BEING GIVEN TO THE PROPOSED DEPLOYMENT
OF A MOBILE INFORMATION GATHERING SYSTEM. THIS SYSTEM APPEARS TO CONSIST OF AN
ORBITING AIRCRAFT WHICH INTERCEPTS SIGNALS TYPE EMISSIONS AND RELAYS THEM TO
A REMOTE , MOBILE GROUND STATION . THE GROUND STATION , IN TURN , RELAYS THE SIGNAL
TO AN ORBITING SATELLITE . THE SATELLITE THEN RELAYS THE DATA " TO A FIXED GROUND
STATION WHERE THE INFORMATION IS ANALYZED AND EVALUATED ( SEE SKETCH ).
THIS SYSTEM IS PRESENTLY DEPLOYED NEAR THE AREA OF INTEREST AND COULD BE
REDEPLOYED IN A MATTER OF DAYS , EVEN HOURS , TO THE AREA OF INTEREST . HOWEVER
THE AREA OF INTEREST SHOULD BE CONSIDERED HOSTILE AND THE RISKS ARE HIGH .
THE AREA OF SPECIFIC INTEREST IS A PARCEL OF LAND BORDERED ON TWO SIDES ,
ROUGHLY EAST AND WEST, BY LARGE BODIES OF WATER (SEE SKETCH).

SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The activity is a ceremony wherein people congregate for a
demonstration to reach the immediate public.
A well
telecommunicated response will be included.
Circumstances
warrant a removal or cancelling of an energy circulating object
which is engineered for travel.
The object has circular beams,
tape cassets, and is climate controlled.
The objective is that
this is a chance for quick bargaining.
The program involves
changing something from conservative to contemporary (energy
substitute). Estimates are involved to assure the circumstances
are beneficial.
Foreign industrialists are rendering procedures
for a contemporary leader.
Heads will be present and the
Commands will be persuaded to stick with the conservative means.
