SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The mother ship loaded contraband drugs at Alvarado, Mexico;
Alvarado is located approximately 25 miles southeast of Vera
Cruz, Mexico.
The mother ship off-loaded drugs in the form of
"white powder" contained in plastic bags to two smaller ships
known as the

the vicinity of Seranilla Bank at coordinates 16 degrees North/79

ship was phonetically identified as
