(S/NF/SK) MISSION: To access and describe an event which is suspected to have taken place at about 1830 hours (local), on 4 April, 1987. 2. (S/NF/SK) VIEWER TASKING: Stage I: encrypted coordinates. After Stage IV had begun: "The target is an event which has already happened. The coordinates include cueing for bothe the time of the event and the site location. " 3. (S/NF/SK) COMMENTS: Inclemencies: Tired, coming down with a cold. b. 095 had more difficulty than usual in getting the physical description of the site. Many AOL's plagued 095 throughout the session. At the end of the session, I had 095 go back and list all of the AOLs and AOL/Signals, then analyze them to find out specific factors common to them all. The results were well in agreement with the findings of this session and the previous session by 003. Although 095 did not list these findings in the session summary, they are worth note (see transcript, page 13A). C. Summary of Information enclosed. 4. The outside of the structure is a hard, light colored material "like" marble, limestone, cement or plaster. The outside walls have lots of rectangular shaped designs on them. Along the outside walls are many small rooms (16' X 20'). are decorated with ornate materials but in subdued colors, ie. heavy velvet drapes; dark, highly polished furniture (AOL/S: hotel or office building) . Inside the building, lots of people These are scurrying around (AOL/S: musical chairs/who's on first?) Throughout the session I had a repeating visual of a burning vehicle with black thick smoke coming out of the engine compartment in the back. (AOL: tank/ armored personnel carrier) . Concepts associated with the coordinates (intell problem) but not necessarily with the site, itself, are "mistake, # "errors," "concerns, " "critical," "timing, " and "delays" (AOL: R&D screw up. ) A government is behind the activity. The building, however, does not appear to belong to the government. There is a middle-aged, dark-haired man (who appears to be of interest) who is walking at a brisk pace toward the front of the building carrying a suitcase/ oversized brief case. This bag is shiny, dark brown leather. It is made of very fine leather that has the sheen/lustre that such leathers get as they get old/worn. He is not from this area.
