SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The purpose of the meeting is to unofficially monitor or
prevent the occurrence of an incident such as testing in
anticipation of legislative and legal
action to be taken,
in
essence to prevent a reoccurrence of an incidence such as
Chenobyl .
However, in this case,
the subject of the monitoring appears
related to "CBR" warfare.
Cyprus plays a monitoring role.
Efforts to determine the
dominant target question revealed an area
identified as being
located in the southeast portion of Egypt, in the vicinity of As
Sadd Allan.
There was an incident reported in the press, that
precipitated the calling of the unofficial meeting.
One
dominant personality appears to represent the interests of a
"rebellious cause. "
