SUMMARY OF
INFORMATION
The target structure is a "big, tall, long, elongated"
building
with windows. .
, Some
sort of plant.
It is located near
water and
t, developmental activity.
The activity appears
shrouded in secrecy and deals with
atype of
Amal four
"Soviet-designed" submarined
described as "smaller and
faster

and projected to be used
@=inly in
"low intensity conflicts, "
This
( submarine)
model
is faster,
more complex, more robotic (automated) .

Advanced computer
technology
in the form of advanced micro-chips, facilitate these
developments.
Conceptually there is a perception of weaponry that can
be
"snapped on or snapped off"
(interchangeability) ;)a second
perception indicates the presence of sophisticated equipment that
will allow for the collection amt transmission of information (to
a
land base or sea base area. )
These
constitute the hallmarks
we "mutter mente. il
Of
these improvements.
The names
Bita/Rotary/Ritter"
phonetically
Surfaced as
being associated with this advanced weaponry.
Mare y person
The name Stuart/Stewart surfaced as
possible being

WORKING PAPER
The structure is big, has angles, is tall, and elongated.
The structure has windows.
The structure resembles a technical
facility and a plant.
The structure has been here for some time.
It is cold and cloudy here ..
Sometimes there is smog here.
There may be water nearby.
There are other structures here but
there is also natural habitat here.
There is a portion of this complex that may be more
closed
off or secluded than the rest.
The work that
goes on inside of the structure is research
and development.
This is a Soviet facility and the work being done here goes
to the battalion level .
The new development going on concerns low intensity
conflict.
The new development concerns a submarine that will be
made smaller, faster, and lighter.
The submarine will have a new
type of computer with smaller microchips.
The submarine can also
be a robot.
The submarine can go out into the waters and collect
information which will come back on tape.
The weaponry on the submarine will
snap on and snap off.
The weaponry will be little bombers going off in different
directions.
DIA and US Defense Contractors work on this project also.
The name "Stewart" phonetically surfaced as an individual.
