SUMMARY OF
INFORMATION
The developmental activity within the "enemy
(target)
building" is to rebuild, reconstruct,
(refurbish)
from plans and
blueprints.
One such object appears to be a missile.
The perception of
the missile is directly related to a catapult (launch-type)
device emanating from a big, circular, round, area that belongs
to an object described as a submarine.
"Ice and cold" (weather conditions) are associated with this
target.
