THE CONSTRUCTION / MODIFICATION OF THIS
VEHICLE IS BEING ACCOMPLISHED TO ENHANCE ITS ABILITY TO EVADE DETECTION,
INCREASE ITS SPEED, AND ALLOW FOR QUIETER OPERATION. THIS VEHICLE IS
LARGE, LONG, AND ROUND WITH A FLAT TOP ( SEE SKETCH, PAGE 5). IT APPEARS
TO BE MOSTLY BLACK IN COLOR WITH A SLIGHTLY ROUGH -SMOOTH SURFACE ( AOL -
LIKE THE TEXTURE OF ANNODISED ALUMINUM ).
