SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The target site is a remote reconnaissance area
that
resembles an inactive airport.
Two principal
access roads lead
to a "couple of buildings" in the target area.
Two transmitters
are readily visible and located in the immediate vicinity of one
of the
target buildings.

Of the two principal, military-related
activities currently
ongoing at the target site, the first deals with a communication
network
dealing directly with "weather. "
Personnel involved in
this
activity are employed and work within the buildings at
ground or above ground level.
The hidden agenda at the target site consists of a research
and development (R&D)
effort taking place in "underground" (sub-
terranean) areas of the target buildings.
The R&D efforts is
directed towards "weather and communications" having indirect
applications with satellites and missiles.
