SUMMARY OF
INFORMATION
The target site is a remote reconnaissance area that
resembles an inactive airport. Two principal
access roads lead
to a "couple of buildings" in the target area.
Two transmitters
are readily visible and located in the immediate vicinity of one
of the target buildings.

Of the two principal, military-related activities currently
ongoing at the target site, the first deals with a communication
network
dealing directly with "weather." Personnel
involved in
this
activity are employed and work within the buildings at
ground or above ground level.
The hidden agenda at the target site consists of a research
and development (R&D) effort taking place in "underground" (sub-
terranean) areas
of the target buildings.
The R&D efforts is
